The Helpdesk Associate reports to the CEO and Founder. The Associate will assist in the research, maintenance, modification and upgrading of critical system hardware and software plus act as main contact for end user support under the CEO's direction. The Assistant must have a broad knowledge or desire to gain knowledge of computer hardware and software systems. They must be a self-driven, proactive, resourceful individual who thinks creatively with limited resources, while understanding the constraints of a non-profit organization. Having a willingness to be a team player, ability to engage all levels of users, provide outstanding technical support, offer up solutions, take responsibility and ownership their scope of work is vital. This position may be asked to assist with the organization's administrative duties.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift 50lbs.
Annual salary $43,000-$55,000 based on experience; plus benefits. Our benefits package includes 401K profit share, paid time off and healthcare stipends.
