As the needs of our clients grew, additional teammates were added with experience in sales, customer service and engagement, ticketing strategy, development operations and solutions. Some of us continue to work in area theaters and performing arts venues while others have moved into other sectors to broaden their abilities.

FOUNDER AND CEO
Travis has had an extensive career in operations and information systems support for marketing and sales departments in the entertainment industry. Director of Information Systems and Operations, Travis boasts experience in CRMs, system administration, networking design and implementation, server side scripting, payment processing and more... Operationally, he has proven to have the ability to create and implement plans for daily maintenance, improvement and operations of a 200,000 sq ft. entertainment complex; including but not limited to HVAC systems, electrical and water systems, solar panel power and security. Additionally, he is well versed in contract negotiations for support and service contracts from facility to software applications. Over the past 2 decades, Travis served as information technology support and consultant for multiple 20 million dollar plus marketing and sales departments in the nonprofit and for-profit sector. He is uniquely positioned to be able to negotiate necessary contracts with credit card processing companies and advertising outlets and support the ecommerce portion of any business through creating an appealing and customer friendly website.
SALES AND OPERATIONS
Lindsey is a dynamic sales, marketing and operations professional with extensive experience in developing solid direct marketing strategies and procedural plans for the entertainment, event and hospitality industry. She has a proven track record of obtaining and exceeding sales and customer feedback/retention goals. Lindsey is versed in ticketing solution creating and implementation with over 14 years of experience in Tessitura management.
Throughout her career Lindsey has demonstrated expertise in strategic visioning as well as launching new systems and training programs, while ensuring operational success through streamlined procedures. Talented in planning and managing schedules and special events. Practiced in building relationships with industry professionals and community members.

Tima is a dynamic and detail-oriented professional with years of experience in customer service and technical support. She has a proven ability to troubleshoot issues, provide effective solutions, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Skilled in communication and problem-solving, Tima excels in supporting her clients with a strong commitment to enhancing user experiences.
