• STEP 3: If they become a RenTec Client you get rewarded!  

Each successful referral will earn you one FREE month* of service.

The organization that you refer must sign up for a minimum ONE year service contract for you to receive the reward. 

Simply reach out and let us know the name and contact of the company you referred. Once the contract is confirmed the value of the free month* of service will be dispersed as a discount spread over 6 to 12 months of your contract.  

 Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility. The Referral Program (the “Program”) is open to current, account-holding customers of RenTec Solutions (“Referrer”) who are in good standing. Referrals must be for new customers (“Referee”) who have not previously had an account with RenTec Solutions. Employees of RenTec Solutions and their immediate family members are not eligible.
2. Qualified Referral. A referral is “successful” and “qualified” only when: (a) the Referee signs a new, paid service agreement with RenTec Solutions  for an eligible product or service; (b) the Referee’s account is activated; and (c) the Referee pays all required fees for the first billing period. Referrals that do not result in a signed contract, activation, and payment are not eligible.
3. Reward. For each successful, qualified referral, the Referrer will receive one (1) free month of service (the “Reward”). The monetary value of the Reward shall not exceed (i) the value of one month of the Referee’s new contracted service, or (ii) two thousand U.S. dollars (USD $2,000), whichever is less.
4. Application of Reward. Rewards will be applied as a discount to the Referrer’s account over a 6 to 12 month span starting after the Referee’s account meets the Qualified Referral criteria. Discounts will be applied against future invoices and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, assigned, or applied to past unpaid balances unless expressly permitted by RenTec Solutions.
5. Limitations. RenTec Solutions reserves the right to limit the total number of Rewards issued to any single Referrer, to suspend or revoke Rewards for suspected fraud or abuse, and to require additional verification of eligibility. Rewards may be pro-rated if required by billing cycles or if the Referrer’s account has different service levels.
6. Taxes & Reporting. Any taxes, fees, or other costs associated with receipt of a Reward are the responsibility of the Referrer. RenTec Solutions may report Rewards to tax authorities as required by law.
7. Modification & Termination. RenTec Solutions reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these terms at any time, with or without notice. Rewards earned prior to termination will be honored in accordance with these terms unless otherwise stated.
8. Fraud & Abuse. Any referral or activity that RenTec Solutions, in its sole discretion, deems to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these terms will be disqualified and may result in cancellation of accounts and legal action.
9. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Maryland, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Miscellaneous. These terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the Program. RenTec Solutions' decisions regarding program eligibility, fulfillment, and interpretation of these terms are final.
