FOUNDER AND CEO

Travis has had an extensive career in operations and information systems support for organizations in the entertainment industry. Travis boasts experience in CRMs, integrations, system administration, networking design and implementation, server side scripting, payment processing, hardware/software solutions and more... 

Operationally, he has proven to have the ability to create and implement plans for daily maintenance, improvement and operations of a 200,000 sq ft. entertainment complex; including but not limited to HVAC systems, electrical and water systems, solar panel power and security. Additionally, he is well versed in contract negotiations for support and service contracts from facility to software applications. 

Over the past 2 decades, Travis served as information technology support and consultant for multiple 20 million dollar plus marketing and sales departments in the nonprofit and for-profit sector. He is uniquely positioned to be able to negotiate necessary contracts with credit card processing companies and advertising outlets and support the ecommerce portion of any business through creating an appealing and customer friendly website. 

SENIOR SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR 

Jarett is a life-long learner with a passion for technology and systems. An Eagle Scout and graduate of University of Maryland College Park, he is a skilled communicator, leader and organizer. His many years of system administration across different industries and tech stacks have garnered him a wealth of knowledge and experience with infrastructure design and implementation as well as end-user support. In his free time, Jarett enjoys woodworking, spending time outdoors with friends and family, and finding new ways to integrate technology into his home. 

GRAPHIC DESIGNER & PUBLICATIONS MANAGER

Shawn has been a graphic designer or publications manager for over 20 years. He’s worked with several prominent theaters including the Perelman Performing Arts Center (PAC NYC) and Second Stage Theater in New York City; as well as Arena Stage, Studio Theatre, and the Shakespeare Theatre Company in Washington, DC. Prior to his theater work, Shawn was an information graphic designer, creating proposals and presentations for business consulting firms like KPMG and McKinsey & Company. He is available to assist our clients with interim and long term needs. 

SALES, OPERATIONS AND TICKETING STRATEGY

Lindsey is a dynamic sales, marketing and operations professional with extensive experience in developing solid direct marketing strategies and procedural plans for the entertainment, event and hospitality industry. She has a proven track record of obtaining and exceeding sales and customer feedback/retention goals. Lindsey is versed in creating and implementing ticket operations solutions with more than 15 years in CRM management systems including Spektrix and Tessitura. 

Throughout her career Lindsey has demonstrated expertise in strategic visioning as well as launching new systems and training programs, while ensuring operational success through streamlined procedures. Talented in planning and managing schedules and special events, practiced in building relationships with industry professionals and community members.

Tima is a dynamic and detail-oriented professional with years of experience in customer service and technical support. She has a proven ability to troubleshoot issues, provide effective solutions, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Skilled in communication and problem-solving, Tima excels in supporting her clients with a strong commitment to enhancing user experiences.

Jime has a passion for technology and a commitment to protecting digital environments, which lead him to pursue his BS in Cyber Security at The University of Maryland. Jime cherishes quality time spent with his family, valuing the connections and support that strengthen his personal life. He dreams of one day sharing his expertise by training and mentoring future technicians.
